Thanks for a very generous donation
The club committee would like to thank most sincerely the family of the late Niall Grant for their very generous financial donation. Niall was a very popular and active member of the club in the late sixties and seventies and into the eighties alongside our current club president Bill McCotter. Mrs Vera Grant conveyed her family's support for the continuing work in underage player development within Star. We look forward to the presence of Niall Jnr at our Awards Night at the end of the season when he will present the inaugural Niall Grant Perpetual Trophy for Junior Basketball.
